5^th Annual Relay for Life

Band Jam

Craft/Food Vendor Application

   You’re invited to participate as a crafter/food vendor at our 5^th Annual Relay for Life Band Jam event on June 21, 2008 sponsored by the Fast Trackers Relay for Life Team with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.  This event is located at Harpers Memorial Park in Shade Gap, PA.  Our day includes live musical entertainment, kids activities, silent auction, car show, community yard sales, lots of food and more. 

The set up cost for the event is FREE, but if you need electricity, there will be a $10 fee.  Donations will be accepted.   Spaces for food vendors are $125.   Space size is unlimited, but please use your best judgment when setting up not to use unneeded space.  Food vendors will only be accepted if their items do not duplicate those of the relay team’s food booth.

Hours for the public will be from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.  Setup time will begin at 8 a.m. After unpacking your vehicle, it must be moved to a designated area.  We understand business starts to get slow later in the day, if you do not wish to stay until the end of the event, you may tear down no earlier than 5 p.m.  The crafter must supply their own display and canopy/tables.  The crafter is also responsible for clean-up and removal of all trash in and around the immediate area of their space.
